Online Fees Payment (T&C):

"Once payment made which are non-refundable or non-cancellable for any reason"

"Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment (including Duplicate payments)"

"Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback /any other reasons and even duplicate payments."

Card holder or customer can connect call centre / Helpdesk/ Helpline for the further query/ disputes/chargeback.

Return & Refund Policy-If the Customer leaves the MERCHANT before they complete their Programme, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of Tuition Fees.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the MERCHANT to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
